The sauna with mountain view

Everything was fantastic.

General hotel facilities were very nice and the pool, saunas and spar were all included. Nice little extra as you arrive as well as the mini bar being included.

The room we had was out of date and didn't fit the rest of the hotel as afr as style is concerned. No tea & coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is located in a breathtaking mountainous region with access to marvelous hiking trails right at the doorstep. The room is well-equipped, comfortable and comes with a great view. The spa and wellness section is top-notch and makes for a perfect relaxing weekend. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of food and wine. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast service was disorganised and the quality of food was not up to par.

Extremely beautiful hotel, and amazing sauna/spa, and hot outdoor pool. We had a beautiful morning view of the mountains and trees that surrounded the hotel. Words cannot describe the beauty of the panoramic views here. The morning breakfast buffet was very good, and had many choices that you can chose from. Very romantic place!

The restaurant and bar was very nice, and classy. But it was a bit over prices for what your got to eat, but we were told that is normal in Switzerland.

It's a beautiful hotel and we stayed in a very big and comfortable room with a great view. The staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the spa area very modern. We appreciated mindful things such a free drinks in the mini bar and fruit baskets on the hotel floors.

There a two fancy restaurants in the hotel, in addition we would have liked a more informal place with traditional Swiss fare.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were exceptional, with an outside heated pool and an amazing spa area that we spent lots of time in. The location was superb, situated in the midst of wonderful mountains and close to family oriented ski slopes so we could go up to them quickly. The cleanliness of this hotel was also impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of dishes and drinks that we enjoyed every morning.

Couldn’t fault this hotel in any way, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay.

The hotel was very clean and fresh, the spa was superb and the room was good with an excellent view.

The restaurant services were very poor. We ate dinner in the gastronomic restaurant one evening which took over 2.5 hours to be served. The quantity of food was pathetic and the price was outrageous. The food was also moldy and not fresh. Do not eat at this restaurant if you plan to stay at the hotel. The staff was under trained but were trying their best.

Nice spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. Great location for skiing and winter activities. Food was tasty, particularly the dessert.

Poor service for a 5-star hotel. Staff were unwelcoming at breakfast and forgot to properly clean our room.

Great spa facilities, delicious food, and stunning mountain views. The pool and sauna areas were particularly enjoyable and the location was perfect for skiing. The breakfast had a great variety of foods and the service was attentive.

Fantastic service and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel special. The hotel's location and facilities are top-notch, and the food at the two on-site restaurants was outstanding. The spa treatments were worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel.
